Design a place without a Mexican orientation, but rather a place a lighthearted location offering communal seating, self-service and a short stay by customers.

The Conceptual design, inspired by the experience of low-key working man restaurants, led to the preliminary choice of materials in their natural state, which communicated directly with the ingredients on the menu and the slow cooking method.
